OC1.5.2.4OC1.5.3OC1.5.3.1OC1.5.3.2OC1.5.3.3OC1.5.3.4By the end of June each Year, each WDSO shall provide to the DWTSOdetails, including any relevant explanation, of any deviation in the WDSOdemand forecasts data (provided in the previous Year under SectionOC1.5.2.1) from the actual demand of Transmitted Water withdrawn bythat WDSO in the relevant Years.Water Producer forecast dataBy the end of June each Year, each Water Producer shall provide to theDWTSO, in relation to each of its Connection Points, its best estimate ofthe information listed below, for each calendar week of the term of theTYOP:(a)(b)the weekly average volume flow of Desalinated Water or Water, asthe case may be, to be produced by that Water Producer anddelivered to the DWTS, taking into consideration any unplannedoutage risks; andthe weekly peak hourly volume flow of Desalinated Water or Water,as the case may be, to be produced by that Water Producer anddelivered to the DWTS.In preparing the Water Producer production forecasts data, each WaterProducer shall take into its account the following:(a)(b)(c)any relevant historical trends;the relevant production patterns over daily and weekly periods; andthe projected demand growth.Together with its production forecasts data as described in SectionOC1.5.3.1, each Water Producer shall provide at the same time to theDWTSO, in relation to each of its <strong>Seawater</strong> <strong>Desalination</strong> Plant or NSPs,as the case may be, its best estimate of the information listed below, foreach Planned Outage scheduled to take place during the term of theTYOP:(a)(b)(c)(d)(e)(f)(g)the type or purpose of the Planned Outage;the duration of the Planned Outage;the earliest date to start the Planned Outage;the preferred date to start the Planned Outage;the latest date to end the Planned Outage;any reduction to the daily average volume flow of Desalinated Wateror Water, as the case may be, to be produced by that WaterProducer and delivered into the DWTS; andany reduction to the daily peak hourly volume flow of DesalinatedWater or Water, as the case may be, to be produced by that WaterProducer and delivered to the DWTS.Each Water Producer shall clearly state which amounts of DesalinatedWater or Water, as the case may be, will be delivered into the DWTS, netof any amount which shall be delivered to the PCCs, if any.7561A01/FICHT-7235220-v22OC-5
