ACCOMMODATION
INSURANCES
Exhibitors are reminded that they must effect full insurance cover
for their stands, exhibits, personal effects and to cover themselves
for third party claims against abandonment.
Please refer to section '1' for further information and order forms.
LIFTING &
HANDLING

"NO-SMOKING"
RULE
Smoking is not permitted in the Exhibition Hall at any time. The
building is strictly no-smoking.
OPENING HOURS
The Exhibition will be open to visitors as follows:-
10.00hrs - 17.00hrs 9 October, 2012
10.00hrs – 17.00hrs 10 October, 2012
10.00hrs - 16.00hrs 11 October, 2012
During the build-up period, the Exhibition Hall will be open as
follows:-
08.00hrs - 19.00hrs 7 October, 2012
08.00hrs - 21.00hrs 8 October, 2012
These times may be extended should it be found to be necessary
and after consultation with the parties concerned.
ORGANISERS'
OFFICE
As from 7 October, 2012 the Organisers will be resident at the Hall.
The office will be well sign posted and the telephone number will
be advised in due course.
