You can sit in an A-7 from the Gulf War and climb into the pilot's seat of a UH-1 Huey helicopter. The museum's collection includes aircraft, vehicles, uniforms and aviation mem orabilia from the 1930s to the present. After the museum, we will enjoy lunch at Buffalo Wild Wings. Before arriving at the orchard, we will make a stop at Cracker Barrel for a tasty breakfast. Your breakfast, admission and peck of apples are included in your fee. Maui Bound W141601 Adults with an Intellectual Disability ALOHA! That’s right we are heading to Maui, Hawaii for eight nights and nine days at the Napili Point Resort, where you’ll enjoy ocean view condominium accommodations. While in Hawaii, we will twist and turn on the road to Hana and stop at the black sand beach at Wainapanapa State Park, view the sites of a volcanic crater at Haleakala National Park, visit the towering emerald peaks of Iao Valley State Park, shop and observe the wind surfers in the rustic town of Paia, view breathtaking waterfalls, hula at the ever popular Maui Luau and swim and lay on the beaches of Maui. SRA Homecoming Dance F133011 Youth and Adults with an Intellectual Disability Grab your friends and join us for the all SRA Homecoming Dance. This is a chance to meet friends from other Special Recreation Associations and enjoy an evening of dancing, fun, and food! A live band will be in attendance to perform all your favorite tunes! Snacks and refreshments will be available throughout the evening. Since this is a formal affair, we suggest that the gentlemen wear dress slacks and collared shirts, and the ladies wear skirts or party dresses. Filled with songs you love and know, we are renting out the entire theater for the afternoon only! Prior to the show we will enjoy a dessert reception with our SRA friends. Dance the evening away at NEDSRA’s Halloween Masquerade Ball! Come dressed in your goofiest, scariest or most creative costume and win a prize. There will be a costume contest with winners announced at the end of the evening. Refreshments and snacks will be provided to keep up your energy for all the fun. Music provided by a rocking D.J. and dancing will round out the evening. Be sure to wear your dancing shoes with your costume! Thank you to the Lombard Junior Women’s Club for sponsoring this event! We have planned a great little getaway on the Magnificent Mile Downtown Chicago. We’ll be staying at the Holiday Inn Express on the Magnificent Mile. Come enjoy adventures at Navy Pier’s Winter Wonderland, ride on the ever popular Navy Pier Ferris Wheel and tour Christkindlmarket-Chicago, which is the largest traditional Christmas market outside of Europe. We will laugh all night long at the comedy of Second City, and, of course, enjoy holiday shopping, so get your lists ready friends! Your fee includes all admissions, meals and hotel accommodations.
