Improve your overall mobility, strength, and endurance
with this fitness class. NEDSRA staff will set up individual
fitness plans for each participant based on specific needs
and interests. Come benefit from an individual workout
plan designed just for you. Itasca offers a track, new and
improved weight machines, aerobic equipment and free
weights. A snack break will be included each week, along
with some discussion on healthy eating and lifestyle tips.

Water Exercise and Aerobics F131201

The therapeutic benefits of being in the water include
improved gross motor function, flexibility, balance, strength
and overall cardiovascular well-being. Water Exercise
and Aerobics is the perfect program that will meet all your
fitness needs. NEDSRA staff will speak with each of you
about your personal fitness goals and will help you reach
them!

Lincoln Park Zoo F131204

The Lincoln Park Zoo is the only zoo located in downtown Chicago. The Zoo is situated on 35 acres of land with
1,200 animals representing 230 species. The Lincoln Park Zoo is one of the nation’s oldest zoos which offers, a
children’s zoo, carousel, paddle boats, restaurants, and a large variety of animals. Please bring money for lunch.

Dress in your favorite Halloween costume and be the hit of the party at NEDSRA’s Halloween
Masquerade Ball. Prizes will be awarded for funniest, scariest and most creative costumes.
