STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES Standard Operating Procedure 15: Slides Broken During the Round (CPA Standards: A10, D3, E4, F1) If slides are damaged or broken beyond repair in a round then the slide set will be removed from the circulation and those who have not completed responses will be given another set. Broken slides will be passed to the Scheme Organiser for secure disposal. STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES Standard Operating Procedure 16: Return of Responses (CPA Standards: A9, E4, F3) The participants are encouraged to return their responses at the earliest opportunity, via email to the Scheme Secretary. When the Secretary receives the response the unique identifiable code and the ‘record of responses.xls’, are used to identify the individual. The Scheme Secretary then records that the responses have been received on the ‘record of responses.xls’ Excel spreadsheet. The response forms are then filed electronically by code on the EQA drive. Two weeks after the end of the circulation the Scheme Secretary writes to those participants who have not submitted response forms requesting that these are sent within two weeks. A note is made on the ‘record of responses.xls’ of the date the reminders were sent.
