Why not ! While SWUng may not be a part of amateur rad io. there's no denying the very close relationship between the two hobbies. While CBing may have usurped SWU ng as the main gateway to ham rad io, thousands still get their first taste of ho bby radio by listening to the international shortwave giants on a portable rad io. In any event, it's a well-known fact that many hams are closet 5WLs.
