Help and support for our students
We are committed to helping students flourish and develop academically and as happy, successful people.
Form tutors: each student is assigned a form tutor and can turn to them for advice with any problem
at any time.
Progress review: an opportunity for students to meet tutors for support and guidance. These are
spread throughout the year and allow for targets to be adjusted.
As a community we aim to:
Maximise students’ achievement and performance.
Challenge students to attain high standards.
Encourage students to develop skills outside their academic courses.
Treat everyone with integrity and respect.
Encourage team work and individual responsibility.

With your support it is our aim that Millom Sixth Form students:
Attend all classes.
Maintain good time keeping.
Submit assignments on time.
Sit appropriate examinations.
Maintaining a safe and secure environment
Hats, hoods and headphones are removed inside the building.
Eating is restricted to designated areas.
We treat each other with respect at all times.
We support equality for all.
