This is a two day conference taking place at the Arts Millennium Building,<br />
NUI <strong>Galway</strong> from Thursday, 18th – Friday, 19th June 2009.<br />
Registration Fees will be charged in Euro and will include tea, c<strong>of</strong>fee and<br />
lunch and conference programme.<br />
Payment before 5th June - €200. Payment after 5th June - €300.<br />
A registration form is included at the back <strong>of</strong> this booklet. Please fill out the<br />
registration form on pages and return it to the Department <strong>of</strong> Surgery, NUI<br />
<strong>Galway</strong> with full payment.<br />
Conference Registration Desk<br />
The Conference Registration Desk will be situated in the Arts Millennium<br />
Building, NUI <strong>Galway</strong> where programmes, badges and individual tickets must<br />
be collected on arrival.
