Ingredients for<br />

50ml.Boracay Coconut rum<br />

1tsp Sugar<br />

3piece(s) Lime<br />

How to make<br />

1. Cut lime wedges.<br />

Using a knife and chopping board, cut a lime into 4 wedges.<br />

2. Add the lime wedges and sugar to a glass.<br />

Place the lime wedges and 1tsp sugar into a tumbler.<br />

3. Muddle the lime and sugar.<br />

Press down on the lime wedges and sugar in a highball glass using a muddler to extract<br />

juices and flavour.<br />

4. Fill the glass with ice.<br />

Top up the glass with ice cubes.<br />

5. Pour rum into the glass.<br />

Using a jigger, measure 50ml rum into the glass.<br />

6. Stir thoroughly.<br />

Stir using a bar spoon until the mixture is well combined to complete your Caipirinha.<br />
