2. Pour London Dry Gin, lime juice and sugar into the glass.<br />
Using a jigger, measure 50ml Gin, 25ml lime juice and 1tsp sugar into the glass.<br />
3. Stir until well combined.<br />
Stir the ingredients slowly with a bar spoon until well combined.<br />
4. Strain into a martini glass.<br />
Strain the mixture into a martini glass with a cocktail strainer.<br />
5. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.<br />
Using a sharp knife and a chopping board, cut a piece of lemon peel and twist the peel<br />
onto the rim of the glass to garnish.<br />
Moscow Mule<br />
When the vodka craze hit the USA in the 1950s it was the Moscow Mule that stuck strong. Often<br />
ordered at many a bar today, it is a combination of vodka, fresh lime and ginger beer. A light and<br />
refreshing drink, it is a sociable party cocktail that can be made easily in large quantities.<br />
Ingredients for<br />
50ml. Vodka<br />
125ml. Ginger Beer<br />
1dash(es) Angostura Bitters<br />
1twist(s) Lime Juice
