Simple Syrup for <strong>Cocktail</strong>s<br />
Ingredients<br />

1/2 cup Water<br />
1/2 cup White sugar*<br />
How to make<br />
Add water and sugar to a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Strain<br />
into a jar and seal tightly with a lid. The syrup will keep, refrigerated, for about a month.<br />
*Use Demerara sugar for a richer flavor<br />
