How to make<br />
1. Fill a glass with ice.<br />
Fill a short glass with ice cubes.<br />
2. Pour Gordon's London Dry Gin, vermouth Rosso and Campari into the glass.<br />
Using a jigger, measure 25ml London Dry Gin, 25ml vermouth Rosso and 25ml Campari<br />
into the glass.<br />
3. Stir the mixture until well combined.<br />
Stir with a bar spoon until the ingredients are well combined.<br />
4. Strain into a glass filled with ice.<br />
Using a cocktail strainer, strain the mixture into a short glass filled with ice cubes.<br />
5. Garnish with a twist of orange peel.<br />
With a sharp knife and a chopping board, cut a piece of orange peel and twist over the<br />
rim of the glass to garnish.<br />
