50ml. Water<br />
110ml. Lemon Juice<br />

How to make<br />
1. Muddle mint in a shaker.<br />
Press down on 9 mint leaves in a cocktail shaker using a muddler to extract juices and<br />
flavour.<br />
2. Pour Tequila, lime juice, lemon juice and water into the shaker. Add ice.<br />
Using a jigger, measure 25ml Tequila, 50ml lime juice, 110ml lemon juice and 50ml<br />
water into the shaker. Add ice cubes.<br />
3. Shake until cold.<br />
Shake the mixture vigorously until the surface of the cocktail shaker feels chilled.<br />
4. Fill a glass with ice.<br />
Fill a tall glass with crushed ice.<br />
5. Strain into the glass.<br />
Strain the mixture into the glass with a cocktail strainer.<br />
