1. Muddle raspberries in the base of a shaker.<br />
Muddle 8 raspberries in the base of a shaker.<br />
2. Fill a shaker with ice.<br />
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.<br />
3. Pour Vodka, lemon juice and sugar syrup into the shaker.<br />
Using a jigger, measure 50ml Vodka, 25ml lemon juice and 10ml sugar syrup into the<br />
shaker.<br />
4. Shake until cold.<br />
Shake the mixture vigorously until the surface of the cocktail shaker feels chilled.<br />
5. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.<br />
