Whiskey Sour<br />
A classic cocktail that dates back to the 1870s, a whiskey sour is a shaken mix of whiskey, lemon<br />
juice and sugar syrup. Bartenders have long sung its praises, and you’ll see why when you make<br />
it.<br />
Ingredients for<br />
50ml. Blended Scotch Whiskey<br />
35ml. Lemon Juice<br />
17.5ml. Sugar Syrup<br />
1piece(s) Egg White<br />
How to make<br />
1. Fill a shaker with ice.<br />
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.<br />
2. Pour blended Whiskey, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white into the shaker.<br />
Use a jigger to measure 50ml blended Whiskey, 35ml lemon juice and 17.5ml sugar<br />
syrup and add 1 egg white to the shaker.<br />
3. Add ice to the shaker.
