Ingredients for<br />
40ml. Vodka<br />
20ml. Raspberry Liqueur<br />
50ml. Pineapple Juice<br />
1twist(s) Lemon<br />
How to make<br />
1. Fill a shaker with ice.<br />
Fill a cocktail shaker with cubes of ice.<br />
2. Add Vodka, raspberry liqueur and pineapple juice.<br />
Using a jigger, measure 40ml Vodka, 20ml raspberry liqueur and 50ml pineapple juice<br />
into the shaker.<br />
3. Shake until cold.<br />
Shake the mixture vigorously in the cocktail shaker until the surface of the shaker feels<br />
chilled.<br />
4. Strain into a martini glass.<br />
Strain the drink with a cocktail strainer into a chilled martini glass.<br />
5. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.<br />
Using a sharp knife and a chopping board cut a piece of lemon peel and twist the peel<br />
onto the rim of the glass to garnish.
