What will you be doing to make your restaurant<br />
/ hotel feel festive this Christmas?<br />
Whether you are looking for a festive themed<br />
getaway, delicious dining with all the trimmings or<br />
to celebrate in style with your friends and family –<br />
the Hythe Imperial are making a wonderful winter<br />
wonderland to create the most magical Christmas<br />
under one roof. Inspired by the local surroundings,<br />
our glorious hotel has stood at the heart of Hythe<br />
for hundreds of years. With our friendly and<br />
enthusiastic team to look after you, the Hythe<br />
Imperial is the ideal place to spend Christmas<br />
by the sea. Leading up to Christmas there is our<br />
Santa’s Grotto to add to the winter wonderland and<br />
Santa will be here on December 21, 22 and 23,<br />
making the Hythe Imperial his last stop before he<br />
needs to head off back to the North Pole.<br />
What size group can you cater for?<br />
Largest group is for 120 guests seated for a 3-course<br />
dinner.<br />
Do you have any speciality Christmas dishes /<br />
drinks?<br />
We are offering an amazing special Festive<br />
Afternoon Tea which will include items such as<br />
turkey & cranberry as well as smoked salmon<br />
sandwiches, mini mince pies, stollen and<br />
panettone. There is also a great drinks package for<br />
party nights<br />
When will you be putting up your tree and who<br />
will decorate it?<br />
Provisionally, 7 <strong>November</strong>. We bring a team in<br />
to look after the decorating - except the fairylight<br />
garland that goes all the way up our central<br />
staircase which will be set up by our maintenance<br />
team and front office manager.<br />
What are you wishing for Christmas?<br />
I am wishing for lots of family fun, food and<br />
frolics – Christmas is the best time of the year for<br />
me and it is all about family and friends – as well<br />
as wishing for a little bit of snow. But that’s really a<br />
big ask.<br />
