LAS AREPAS DE HUEVO
DE LURUACO
Luruaco es una región acogedora, de
radiante sol caribeño, que se caracteriza
por su deliciosa arepa de huevo. Se
pueden comprar a lado y lado del tramo
de la carretera de la Cordialidad que
atraviesa el municipio. Este alimento, que
se hace con harina de maíz y huevo de
gallina, posee un color dorado y brillante
que provoca al paladar.
Luruaco is a welcoming and warm
Caribbean town which is known for its
delicious "Arepa de Huevo". These can be
purchased on either side of the stretch of
La Carretera de La Cordialidad that runs
through the town. This food, which is
made with cornmeal and chicken egg,
has a bright golden color which makes
you mouth water.

BARANOA`S CRACKLINGS
Baranoa se identifica por su
reconocido y apetitoso chicharrón,
hecho con piel y carne de cerdo. Es un
alimento de inigualable sabor
caribeño. Son pequeños y
exquisitamente crocantes, y se pueden
acompañar con la deliciosa yuca que
se cultiva en la región.
Baranoa is well-known by its
recognized and appetizing cracklings,
made with pork skin. It is a unique
Caribbean flavored food. They are small
and exquisitely crisp and they can be
served with delicious yucca that is
grown in the region.
