Salad:<br />
• Pkg. of Baby Spinach<br />
• 1 chopped onion<br />
• 8 slices cooked bacon<br />
• Fresh, sliced mushrooms 1/2 cup (Optional)<br />
• 4 hardboiled eggs, sliced<br />
Spinach Salad Dressing:<br />
• 3/4 cup Cider Vinegar<br />
• 1/4 cup Cooking Oil<br />
• 1/8 cup water<br />
• 1 1/2 cups sugar<br />
Shake, shake, shake!<br />
Right before you serve salad, pour on dressing and<br />
mix!<br />
