اللغوية في بناء بيئة عمل ناجحة في اإلمارات العربية المتحدة.‏
وتحدثت سعادة الدكتورة رجاء عيسى صالح القرق،‏ رئيسة مجلس سيدات أعمال دبي قائلة:‏ ‏"تعتبر دولة اإلمارات العربية المتحدة من أكثر دول المنطقة
تعدداً‏ وتنوعاً‏ في الجنسيات،‏ ومع ذلك فلكوننا جزءاً‏ من منطقة الشرق األوسط فتبقى اللغة العربية هي العامل األهم واألقوى في تراث بلدنا"،‏ وأضافت:‏
‏"إن فهم بعض المعايير الثقافية المحلية ومعرفة كيفية التخاطب مع العمالء والشركاء في العمل بلغتهم األم،‏ سوف تعود بفائدة كبيرة على أية شخص في
عالم األعمال،‏ وستكون الفائدة أكبر إذا ما تحدثوا باللغة المحلية.‏ إن اللغة العربية هي لغة ليست سهلة التعلم ومع ذلك فأنا أحيي الوافدين اللذين وفروا
الوقت والجهد للتعرف على تراثنا وثقافتنا واللذين يبحثون عن طرق للتكيف مع المعايير المحلية وتعلم اللغة العربية."‏
وقد سلطت ورشة العمل التي استمرت على مدى نصف يوم الضوء على أهمية التواصل باللغة العربية في سياقات األعمال وكيف يمكن لمعرفة الثقافة
واللغة العربية من أن تساهم في تحسين بيئة األعمال وعالقات العمالء والموظفين.‏ وعالوة على ذلك اختبرت عضوات مجلس سيدات أعمال دبي كيف
يمكن لتعلم اللغة العربية من أن يحسن من فهمهم لثقافة األعمال في دولة عربية،‏ حيث تمت مشاركة وممارسة عدد ممن الجمل العربية المهمة كما تمت
مناقشة طرق الترويج للغة العربية في الشركات في اإلمارات العربية المتحدة.‏
واختتمت الورشة بعرض عدد من قصص النجاح ألشخاص لعب تعلم اللغة العربية دوراً‏ أساسياً‏ في تحقيقهم للنجاح.‏
Ro’Ya 5102 announces partnership with top coaching firms to
help drive entrepreneurship among women

Ro’Ya has announced strategic partnerships with grow.ME, a leading Dubai based development consultancy,
ActionCOACH, one of the top business coaching firms in the region and VentureFin, a global equity and loan based
crowdfunding platform. Partners will lead a series of group training sessions and workshops that will provide
tailored insights into creating and managing successful business entities for new applicants for this year’s program.
Ro’Ya is an initiative by MasterCard and the Dubai Business Women Council that aims to encourage and nurture
female entrepreneurs in the UAE.
Three workshops entitled “Welcome to Ro’Ya”, “2 stages of entrepreneurship”, and “Introduction to LEAN Start Up
Canvas” were recently hosted by the partners who provided insights into what to expect from Ro’Ya 5102 and the
fundamentals of starting a new business.
“All business owners share one common thing – the dream, before starting a new business,” said Wassim Karkabi,
Managing Director, ActionCOACH. ‘We realize the dream is often different to the reality they face when they do
venture into business. Ro’Ya is a great platform that helps budding female entrepreneurs across the UAE bridge
