The Dubai Business Women Council (DBWC), welcomed back The Sustainability Platform to host its November<br />
Network Majlis titled, Gender, Coaching and Entering the C-Suite. The workshop, facilitated by Tena Pick, CEO and<br />
Co-Founder of The Sustainability Platform, presented DBWC members with research to help them become better<br />
leaders.<br />
The objective of the workshop was to present scientific findings in the difference between men and women when<br />
it comes to coaching. Tena also examined historical reasons for the C-suite gender disparity along with the<br />
differences in how top level executives approach coaching and potential for creating gender-equal board with<br />
regards to the presented findings.
