match it with their initial plan, goals and prospects,” said HE Dr. Raja Easa Saleh Al Gurg, President of DBWC.

have experts who are providing our members with sound advice on how they can take their businesses to the next

The workshop guided the DBWC members to assess their current state of business and to compare it to its original
mission. Next, members were asked to determine how sustainable the business model is, how it supports
customer acquisition, how attractive it is to investors, what the value of your personnel is and how a startup can
be restarted to match its potential.
The panel of experts also provided insight on how founders can develop their mental resilience and toughness to
help make more prudent personal and professional decisions.
