The interactive workshop by RUA Digital worked through all the elements on how to structure a digital strategy for
a business. Naomh provided guidance on how to look at principle based frameworks for the application of digital
marketing to achieve business goals.
The DBWC members who attended the session ran practical exercises to analyze their current online capabilities
and identify their online strengths, weaknesses and opportunities. They also gained insight to the social channels,
allowing them to make informed decisions as to which platforms are most suitable for their business needs.
Adding to the session, Naomh said: “It is amazing to see women taking it in their stride to learn and adapt to the
latest digital trends and we are delighted to share our skills and expertise with the DBWC members. It is important
for every business to have a digital strategy and to understand how to structure all the elements to run a
successful campaign.”
Naomh, one of Northern Ireland’s Top 41 under 41 in 5100 and 5104, is a digital marketing mentor for a number of
local government bodies and Enterprise development authorities around the globe.
She is an experienced Associate Lecturer at the University of Ulster, Digital Marketing Institute and a STEM
Ambassador with the Stemnet Network. Naomh also founded the DANI Awards, Dubai Hour & Digital Exchange.
Her key strengths include online audits, digital strategy, content marketing, devising social media policies,
commercialization strategies, customer attraction and retention, campaign reporting and analytics.
