East, Northern, Brong-Ahafo, Central<br />

and Western Regions.<br />

• Koica-Krachi East and West Water and<br />

Sanitation Project<br />

• Northern Region Small Towns Water<br />

and Sanitation Project<br />

• Ongoing Government of Ghana 5-year<br />

20,000 Boreholes Programme.<br />

• Akrokeri Piped Water Supply Project<br />

8. LOOKING IN<strong>TO</strong> <strong>THE</strong> FUTURE<br />

In view of the ever - increasing<br />

population in GAMA, additional<br />

projects have been planned to ensure<br />

the reliability and sustainability of water<br />

supply from 2015 to the year 2030.<br />

These include: Kpong Water Supply<br />

Expansion Phase 2, Weija Water Supply<br />

Expansion and Asutsuare Water Supply<br />

Projects. Same is being done for other<br />

parts of the country.<br />
