National Pensions (Amendment )<br />

from 55 years to 50 years for exemption<br />
from the first-tier scheme; and<br />
to provide for payment of benefit to<br />
non-Ghanaian members of the pension<br />

Youth Employment Agency Act, (Act 887) 2015 Established the Youth Employment<br />
Agency for the purpose of the development,<br />
coordination, supervision and<br />
the facilitation of employment for the<br />
youth. The Act seeks to set standards<br />
and procedures for the employment<br />
and career development of the youth in<br />

2013 The regulations seek to prohibit the<br />
export of ferrous scrap metal and further<br />
provide for a Ferrous Scrap Metal<br />
Monitoring Committee charged with<br />
the responsibility of implementing and<br />
enforcing the regulations.<br />
2013 Amended the Internal Revenue<br />
Regulations of 2000<br />
2013 The regulations seek to promote<br />
and maximise value addition and<br />
job creation through the use of<br />
local expertise, goods and services,<br />
businesses and financing in the<br />
petroleum industry value chain (so<br />
far over half a billion Ghana Cedis has<br />
accrued to Ghanaian businesses).
