Supports the development and sustainability of agricultural operations through the delivery of<br />

grant, rebate and guarantee programs. It includes funding for agricultural programs under a<br />

federal-provincial agreement. It also manages the outstanding loans and investments of the<br />

Agricultural Credit Corporation of Saskatchewan.<br />

Business Risk Management (AG10)<br />

Provides payments for programs designed to stabilize farm incomes in Saskatchewan. The<br />

Saskatchewan Crop Insurance Corporation (SCIC) administers insurance programs which protect<br />

grain and livestock producers from production failures due to natural hazards and crop damage<br />

caused by wildlife. SCIC also delivers the AgriStability Program to Saskatchewan producers.<br />
