America in Prophecy by Ellen White [Original Edition]

America’s peculiar origins and hegemonic impact in world affairs stand undisputed. As a superpower birthed from Europe, her eminent history has been celebrated. Foretold since antiquity, a myriad of repressions, revolutions and reforms inspired the first band of pilgrims to settle on a new promised land of liberty. This book enables the reader to understand America’s unique destiny and commanding role while besieged by gross spiritual and political machinations. Clearly, this reading lifts the veil from past events molding America and presaging her cooperation to undermine the very values once cherished.

commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.” Since those
who keep God’s commandments are thus placed in contrast with
those that worship the beast and his image and receive his mark,
it follows that the keeping of God’s law, on the one hand, and
its violation, on the other, will make the distinction between the
worshipers of God and the worshipers of the beast.
The special characteristic of the beast, and therefore of
his image, is the breaking of God’s commandments. Says
Daniel, of the little horn, the papacy, “He shall think to change
the times and the law.” Daniel 7:25, R.V. And Paul styled
