When your patients need medical care at home, HSC Home Care is<br />
there to provide a flexible plan to meet their care needs. Whether it<br />
is transitional care for special health care needs or one-on-one family<br />
training, we offer skilled nursing, respite care, rehabilitative therapies,<br />
well mom and baby visits, infusion therapy and other support services.<br />
In the District of Columbia, HSC Home Care provides care for<br />
infants, children and young adults up to age 21, and specializes in<br />
services that allow children with disabilities to learn, play and grow<br />
while receiving the medical care they need.<br />
In Maryland, HSC Health & Residential Services (license R3528)<br />
provides care for children and adults of all ages with complex<br />
