win the £1000 Yorkshire Challenge BE100 section
Another thrilling
Yorkshire Challenge
Result!
Laura Jayne Greenhalgh,
within touching distance
of recording a rearkable
first prie of £1000, riding
Kelly Marshall’s Cover, a ride
which she only obtained,
at the start of the season.
laced in their first outing,
the Challenge victory
completed a hat
trick of red
ribbons, fro
as many
outings.
The very
talented rider
also pulled
out a great
perforance
in the BE
90 section,
riding Mrs
Sarah Reeve’s Stanhope
Travelling Man, which had
won all of its previous five
events. owever, finishing
ust 1.2 points away fro the
top prie, on this occasion,
the successful cobination
had to settle for a ore than
creditable third place. I asked
aura what it felt like to win
the big prie. er considered
response was feel that we
have all been well rewarded.
Kelly Marshall and Mark
Sith, for the trust they
have shown, in placing their
ABOVE Vicki Fahey and I Blame
Bertie put in a clear round in the
BE90 section of the Yorkshire
Laura Greenhalgh nears the
the horse at
competition
fitness
level, which
has given
Cover three
