Monthly emergency shelter bed data revealed a decrease in the average number of days<br />

spent in an emergency shelter after first contact with London CAReS (see Figure 2).<br />

A noticeable drop in shelter night use by London CAReS participants was also<br />

observed by the key stakeholder focus group participants, though they were not sure<br />

how much this might actually be due to being housed, as even when housed some<br />

individuals access crash beds because of issues such as loneliness or abuse.<br />
