– Inform NPRD<br />
– Take possible and practicable remedial<br />
measures<br />
– Cooperate with a Ministry in setting remedial<br />
measures or<br />
– Submit a restoration programme (RP) for<br />
approval prepared in accordance with the<br />
guidelines (Annex II-Regulation) by an<br />
authorized person<br />
