John, who runs Hamilton business Chemical Test Waikato Ltd, knows the stress and fear methamphetamine contamination can cause property owners. His business aims to address that fear in a no fuss, simple way. Chemical Test Waikato, a locally owned and run company, will inspect any property in a cost effective fashion and provide timely, clear results to the client. Meth is a big issue. There is a lot of it out there. It’s very common and is the most addictive drug in the world John has a strong background in real estate maintenance and customer service. He can then detect the extent of contamination and deliver a full report complete with a report from Hills Laboratory within two days. He prides himself on the fact that his reports are thorough yet easy to understand. Chemical Test Waikato isn’t expensive. John can inspect a house and provide a report for between $170 and $195, while a very big property might cost $260. John says he understands how important peace of mind is when it comes to property and he wants to help clients. “Meth is a big issue. There is a lot of it out there. It’s very common and is the most addictive drug in the world.” He says one of the worst things about meth is that it is odourless when smoked and meth’s contaminants sink into surfaces and can be dangerous. “And you can never tell. I’ve been to houses in poor streets and found absolutely nothing and then found houses in expensive streets full of meth. You just don’t know. “If you are buying a house you want to know your investment is protected and the environment is safe for you and your children and grandchildren. You wouldn’t buy a car without getting an expert opinion on it and ensuring it has a Warrant of Fitness. It’s all about peace of mind and that’s what I can provide.” “My message is that I’m not out there to charge the earth. I want to help people through that process as quickly and as easily I can because I understand that people find meth really scary.
