Laboratory within two days. He
prides himself on the fact that
his reports are thorough yet easy
to understand.

house and provide a report for
between $170 and $195, while
a very big property might cost
$260.
John says he understands
how important peace of mind is
when it comes to property and
he wants to help clients.
“Meth is a big issue. There

He says one of the worst
things about meth is that it is
odourless when smoked and
meth’s contaminants sink into
surfaces and can be dangerous.

been to houses in poor streets
and found absolutely nothing
and then found houses in expensive
streets full of meth. You just
don’t know.
“If you are buying a house
you want to know your investment
is protected and the environment

children and grandchildren. You
wouldn’t buy a car without getting
an expert opinion on it and
ensuring it has a Warrant of
Fitness. It’s all about peace of
mind and that’s what I can provide.”
