9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Site Open ONLY for Pick-Up of Transporters
NOTES
n Site closed to teams May 16, 2016. Teams not
shipping cars must remove them by 2 p.m.
May 15, 2016.
n No Access During Dynamic Events - Teams
may enter site with rigs/trailers/panel trucks
ONLY when there are no Dynamic Events
running.
n Medical Services - There is no First Aid Station
on site. EMS will provide any/all medical
attention.
n Overnight Removal of FSAE cars - Removal is
allowed, but tech will pull Part 1 of your tech
sticker.
n Shipping Cars - Teams shipping cars must
have them removed from MIS by 10 a.m. May
16, 2016.
n FM Audio - Announcements can be heard via
FM radio (Frequency will be posted in G1 at
event).
n Event Closing Times - Acceleration, Skid-Pad
& Autocross close exactly at the scheduled
time. Your car must cross the starting line
before the event closing time to be allowed
to complete that run.
n F1 in Schools High School Engineering
Competition - May 13 & 14 in the Champions’
Club. FSAE participants are invited to
observe from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. & 1-5 p.m.
Friday; and 9-11 a.m. Saturday.
n Teams who participate in early registration
MUST drop off their trucks/trailers in the
paddock. No unpacking may be done on
Tuesday. Only “Green Light Teams” may
participate.
n Student Lunch Sponsored by Honda – Half of
the teams will get lunch on Thursday and the
other half on Friday. The car numbers will be
announced over the PA and teams may pick
up their pizzas in G1.
n Teams must have their trailers packed and be
ready to leave the site immediately following
the Award Ceremony Saturday.
