For more than a decade, OnlineHS (http://onlinehs.net/) has<br />
been one of the oldest and most successful virtual learning<br />
programs of Washington State. The mission of OnlineHS<br />
is to ensure all students have access to a personalized and<br />
individualized online learning experience that is rich, rigorous,<br />
and supported by outstanding teachers ready to assist students<br />
to achieve high standards and be successful in a global society.<br />
The Everett Public <strong>School</strong>s OnlineHS program is accredited<br />
through AdvancED and is an NCAA-approved course provider.<br />

Registration/Enrollment: Students enroll in OnlineHS<br />
through their school course registration process and counselor.<br />
Important: There is a state-mandated form (SOU/SLP) that<br />
needs to be completed by parents and returned to their school<br />
by the student within 5 days of the beginning of the term.<br />
Three options for online students:<br />
1. As part of a student’s six-class schedule. See a<br />
counselor about registering for an online class as part<br />
of the school day. Everett Public <strong>School</strong>s students<br />
must request online class(es) during pre-registration.<br />
2. In addition to a student’s six-class schedule<br />
(up to five online classes), students can pay<br />
tuition per semester for each online 0.5 credit<br />
course (tuition costs subject to change).<br />
3. Prospective full-time online enrollment<br />
for fall classes is contingent on previously<br />
passing an online class. Full-time online<br />
enrollments are through Sequoia <strong>High</strong> <strong>School</strong>.<br />
