Quite new in the market, the first feature co-produced by<br />
GREMI FILM PRODUCTION was the 2005 pic Angel in Love by<br />
Artur Więcek. Other titles include: Franco de Pena’s Your<br />
Name is Justine (2006 co-production with Opus Film) and<br />
Marek Gajczak’s Underneath (2006 co-production with<br />
Barton Film). In 2006 GREMI FILM PRODUCTION and Yeti<br />
Films were Polish partners in the international coproduction<br />
of Peter Greenaway’s Nightwatching. Recently<br />
the company cooperated with ZEBRA, coproducing Hania by<br />
Janusz Kamiński. 2007 also saw the close of a feature film<br />
co-production with Spain and Brazil entitled Carmo and<br />
directed by the rising star Murilo Pasta. In 2008, GREMI<br />
FILM PRODUCTION was executive producer of City Island by<br />
Raymond De Felitta, featuring Andy Garcia and music by Jan<br />
A.P. Kaczmarek.<br />

GRUPA FILMOWA was established in 2002 to produce<br />
features and television series. The first feature was Wesele<br />
(The Wedding) by Wojciech Smarzowski – the best Polish<br />
movie of 2005. In 2006 the company provided production<br />
service in <strong>Poland</strong> for Bollywood’s big venture Fanaa by<br />
Kunal Kohli. In 2007 – executive producer of the new TV<br />
series political fiction Ekipa by Agnieszka Holland,<br />
Magdalena Łazarkiewicz and Kasia Adamik and producer of<br />
the first Polish-American romantic comedy Mała Wielka<br />
Miłość (Expecting Love) by Łukasz Karwowski.<br />
