distributor with headquarters in New York and a network of<br />
offices located in Madrid, Ankara, Bratislava, Prague and<br />
Warsaw. For 15 years, SPI has operated in the international<br />
market, cooperating with Capitol, Mutual, Miramax, Buena<br />
Vista, J&M, Lakeshore, Cutting Edge, Kushner-Locke, among<br />
others. By taking over the New Films International company<br />
in 1999, SPI acquired rights to many films from Miramax,<br />
Buena Vista, Lakeshore and Film Four with distribution<br />
