How can your service benefit function<br />

venue owners?<br />

We offer a broad range of catering, but<br />

predominantly focus on providing a<br />

fantastic mobile fish and chip van service.<br />

Our whole purpose is to accommodate<br />

clients’ catering requirements and<br />

provide fresh and innovative menus and<br />

suggestions based on traditional concepts.<br />

We also have a collection of unique and<br />

characteristic catering vans from which we<br />

offer a selection of delicious menus such as<br />

fish and chips, curries, chilli, pie and mash,<br />

plus much more.<br />

What advice could you offer a function<br />

venue owner on catering?<br />

We highly recommend selecting catering<br />

and bar suppliers that have a flexible<br />

work ethic. They should be committed to<br />

meeting the clients’ needs when faced with<br />

all the variables that inevitably occur with<br />

each individual event.<br />

What is the USP of your service?<br />

We have a flair for identifying what a client’s<br />

style and requirements are, which enables<br />

us to create the ideal service to suit them.<br />

Our fleet of unique catering vans also<br />

means we can deliver a vehicle to suit their<br />

chosen theme.<br />

We have a combined cheffing experience<br />

of over 25 years, enabling us to include a<br />

lot of delicious homemade products, which<br />

would normally be factory produced, on<br />

our menus such as our pies, steak and<br />

kidney puddings, fish cakes, burgers,<br />

kebabs and much more.<br />

What options do you offer for small,<br />

medium and large budgets?<br />

We cater for all budgets, being able to scale<br />

menus right down for small budgets, for<br />

example mini-portions in cones. We also<br />

offer an option for the client to pay a hire<br />

fee to have one of our catering vans at their<br />

event and then for the guests to buy their<br />

food from us.<br />

For larger budgets, we can increase the<br />

menu options and add personalised extras<br />

such as napkins of a specific colour etc. We<br />

also have the option of additional catering<br />

vans for a faster service, or to serve using<br />

waiting staff and the full table service. We<br />

can also add additional courses i.e. drinks<br />

reception canapes, starters and desserts.<br />

Our service can be as informal or formal as<br />

required.<br />

We have regularly catered for Springhill<br />

Barn, a wedding venue in Lower Moor<br />

Pershore. Here we have catered for clients’<br />

weddings with various menus including fish<br />

and chips either served from the chip van or<br />

plated to the table.<br />
