– <strong>Palm</strong> Spr<strong>in</strong>gs’ newest eatery, MOD<br />
CAFÉ, will mark its Grand Open<strong>in</strong>g<br />
with a festive celebration on Saturday,<br />
April 8th from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. at the<br />
Corridor Courtyard, <strong>Palm</strong> Spr<strong>in</strong>gs’ popular<br />
gather<strong>in</strong>g spot on Alejo Road and<br />
N. <strong>Palm</strong> Canyon Drive.<br />
Mod Café will specialize <strong>in</strong> fresh and<br />
<strong>in</strong>ventive organic, vegan, and gluten-free<br />
cuis<strong>in</strong>e and will be open for<br />
breakfast, lunch and d<strong>in</strong>ner daily. Their<br />
hours are: Monday and Tuesday 7 a.m.<br />
– 3 p.m. with extended hours Wednesday,<br />
Thursday and Sunday: 7 a.m. – 9<br />
p.m., and Friday and Saturday 7 a.m.<br />
– 10 p.m. Mod Café, located across<br />
the breezeway from Koffi, occupies a<br />
reimag<strong>in</strong>ed and newly-designed space<br />
previously occupied by Café Europa.<br />

with the 10th Anniversary celebration<br />

features live music by The Gand Band,<br />
