verbally to pattern makers and written to
factories overseas and be proficient in Gerber V8,
Illustrator & Excel. Will be responsible for organizing

Accounts Payable Specialist
A minimum of two years of A/P experience. The Accounts
Payable Specialist will be responsible for reviewing
invoices, processing and batching of invoices, check
matching, check disbursements and maintaining paid invoice
files. This position will also assist the controller with
journal entries, general ledger analysis and assisting in
preparation of reports. This position may also include the
posting of chargeback’s and cash receipts as needed.
The accounts payable specialist should have excellent
written and verbal communication skills, be a team player
and have the ability to multi-task. A part of the responsibility
is collecting of accounts receivable on a daily basis.
