Heavy Duty 1.00mm Vane Connection System (HD-V100)
• Designed specifically for harsh underhood environments of
commercial vehicles and can withstand vibration requirements
of 29 .5g RMS
• Available with 50-way and 60-way configurations with harness
connector and mating header
• One-piece terminal design with four contact points supported
and protected by an external shield
• Terminal is tin-plated with selective gold plating at the contact
interface
• Terminal validated to 7 .5A at 125ºC
• Connector uses a unique pre-stage feature which aids in
ensuring the terminals are fully seated
• Connector operation virtually eliminates unseated terminals in
the assembly process
• Built-in probe window prevents terminal from being damaged
