Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Conway Owners Club
will be held at: The Lawns, Lowgate, Fleet Hargate, Spalding , Lincolnshire PE12 8LN
On Monday 29th May 2017 at 11.00
Please remember to bring your membership cards with you.
There will be a signing in sheet as you enter the AGM and some copies of the minutes
of the last AGM

Please be aware that if a member or members have issues to be raised at the AGM
they need to inform the Secretary so that they can be added to the Agenda not bring
them up as items for future discussion. Ideally we would like to know what the issue is
but if you prefer not to say then it will be added as an item with the member’s name.
If an item is not on the agenda with full information then a vote cannot be taken. Items
for future discussion is time permitted only, and only for matters which have arisen
too late to add to the agenda proper.
