possess <strong>the</strong> characteristic of I{b\q. This is because during <strong>the</strong>ir<br />
pronunciation <strong>the</strong> tongue does not cover <strong>the</strong> soft palate as in <strong>the</strong> case<br />
of <strong>the</strong> I{b\q letters.<br />
