The aggregate amount in <strong>2016</strong> is unchanged from last year at £9.2million; however the categories<br />
have been revised in order to reflect the new <strong>2016</strong>-2021 strategy <strong>and</strong> the review of underling cost<br />
classifications.<br />
Sports development costs include expenditure which aims to promote the development of <strong>sport</strong>,<br />
thereby creating increased <strong>sport</strong>ing opportunities for the local community.<br />
