The provisions remaining above relate to the properties situated at Cardigan Road, Leeds <strong>and</strong><br />
Bloomsbury Street, London as detailed below:<br />
Cardigan Road<br />
In 2014 an onerous lease provision was included at £206,000. £51,000 has been utilised <strong>annual</strong>ly since<br />
2015. Early surrender of the lease is being negotiated, as a result of this £40,000 of the onerous lease<br />
provision has been reversed unused.<br />
In 2015 a provision of £108,000 was made to cover the costs of dilapidations on the termination of the<br />
lease. £58,000 of this provision was utilised during the year. The current estimate for dilapidations is<br />
£18,000 thus £32,000 has been reversed unused.<br />
Bloomsbury Street<br />
This is the main operational premises occupied by Sport Engl<strong>and</strong>. The lease expires in November 2022<br />
with no option to extend. A provision of £186,000 was made in 2015 to cover the costs of<br />
dilapidations.<br />
