Black Hills Ranch
11,681± ACRES | PRESIDIO COUNTY
PROPERTY ID: 3146412
This is a working cattle and hunting ranch owned by the same
family for more than 80 years, making this a unique opportunity
to own a heritage West Texas ranch. There are entrances
on Highway 67 with winding roads through the Black Hills. A
concrete dam was built in the 1930s to provide irrigation water
to fields below. Water rights will convey. This property is home to
many species of birds and larger wildlife. The headquarters has
electricity and water. There is a main house, old barns, sheds,
and working pens nearby. There are four wells, water storage
tanks, troughs, surface tanks, and a few large headers. A pipeline
system transports water to strategic storage tanks in even the
roughest part of the Black Hills. Price: $10,454,495
Prairie Canyon Ranch
21,528± ACRES | TERRELL COUNTY
PROPERTY ID: 3063529
The main drainage across the northern half of the ranch is
Prairie Canyon, named for the rich natural grasslands that
once dominated this region. This is full of early Texas history,
including Judge Roy Bean, who ruled from nearby Langtry.
This is a working ranch leased to a neighboring heritage
landowner who keeps up the roads and water infrastructure
over the entire property. Owner financing is available for this
property. The north half of the ranch makes a great location
for a future headquarters, with electricity and water already
in place. Waters are distributed in a variety of wells, pipelines,
water storage, and water troughs. There are also two fulltime
springs providing excellent natural waters for the local
wildlife across the ranch, including some of the best blue
quail hunting in Texas. Price: $8,288,378
Coyanosa Draw Ranch
13,468± ACRES | PECOS COUNTY
PROPERTY ID: 3129770
Coyanosa Draw Ranch represents a diverse landscape of deep
bottom soils, broad gravelly flats, and limestone hills with views
of the Del Norte, Glass and Davis Mountains. An extensive road
network exists and fences range from new to functional. There is a
metal barn and a set of pens and the ranch lies over a tremendous
freshwater aquifer. The water and soils are there along with gas
wells on the ranch. The ranch has significant oil and gas resources.
A number of wells have been drilled and the older wells have been
cleaned up and plugged. 3D seismic has been completed over
much of the ranch, the results of which are available from the
seller. This is a chance to own producing minerals where a future
lease could generate significant resources to repay the purchase
price and operation costs. Price: $6,697,680
