Located 10 miles southwest of Kerrville on 1,791 acres, the Super M Ranch is the largest
live-water ranch for sale in Kerr County. The landscape combines spectacular hills with
open pastureland in close proximity to one of Texas’ most highly prized towns. Multiple
springs bubble from the ground eventually feeding Turtle Creek, which has a natural
waterfall. The springs also fill several impoundments, the largest of which is a stocked
lake of about five acres. Two working windmills can be used to provide additional
water for wildlife. The high-fenced ranch is home to white-tailed deer turkeys, elk,
fallow deer, axis deer, sika deer, blackbuck antelope, and aoudad sheep. The wildlife
infrastructure includes eight deer blinds, eight corn feeders, six protein feeders and a processing shed with
a walk-in cooler and freezer. There are also two equipment barns (40x130 and 25x100), a horse barn and
livestock pens.
Good ranch roads provide easy access. The main house features three bedrooms and three-and-a-half
baths with extensive cherrywood decking. The grounds include a state-of-the-art outdoor kitchen, an
outdoor fireplace, a large fire pit, and a spring-fed swimming pool and waterfall as well as a small lake visible
from the master bedroom. Also, there is a 3,000± square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath guest house with a
large dining room and great room. Water wells with submersible pumps supply the main and guest houses.
