Executive Director Report Eric Ollila (page 32-33 – Annual Convention Book) ADDITIONS TO AGENDA: D. Fischer Clemens reported on the past year, expenses and income. In addition to the published ED Report, E. Ollila addressed the following: 1. Membership has increased by 3 over last weeks prior to Convention 2. SDNA launched (in collabration with ANA) a new logo 3. SDNA’s fax number has changed. New # can by located on the website. Social media (FB) interest and ‘likes’ have doubled. Reminded members of importance to ‘Share’ the SDNA page with others. Reinforced Social Media’s growing importance of staying connected within the profession/ organization. 4. Reiterated the importance of developing leadership within the organization. 5. C. Timmerman inquired as to the response received for the 100th Anniversary Logo. E. Ollila noted there was one response. 6. SDNA was presented with a 100th Anniversary plaque during the ANA Membership Assembly meeting. None Motion by C. Clausen-Hansen Second by C. Timmerman to accept the cultural covenants. All in Favor X Opposed 0 Abstentions 0 Motion Carried. Motion by K. Jorgensen Seconded by L. Tschetter to approve the minutes of the October 9, 2015 annual meeting. All in Favor X Opposed 0 Abstentions 0 Motion Carried. Motion by C Timmerman Seconded by E. Bruner-Halvorsen to approve the Treasurer’s Report. All in Favor X Opposed 0 Abstentions 0 Motion Carried. Informational. 13
