Article XV<br />
Amendments<br />
Section 1. Amendments With Notice<br />
a. These Bylaws may be amended at any annual meeting by a two-thirds vote of the Members of the voting body<br />
present and voting, provided that previous notice has been given;<br />
b. All proposed amendments shall be delivered to the <strong>SDNA</strong> office at least five months prior to the annual<br />
meeting and shall be published and delivered to the Membership at least one month prior to the date of the<br />
annual meeting.<br />
Section 2. Amendments Without Notice<br />
With the exception of Article III, Section 2, these Bylaws may be amended without previous notice by ninety-nine percent of<br />
those <strong>SDNA</strong> Members present and voting at the annual meeting.<br />
