'Shapeshifter' by Lewis James is such a cool production. Heard it on the<br />
Hospital Records podcast, it made me reminisce a little with the intro and then<br />
the inquisitive mood really captivates you. The dark drop and experimental<br />
percussion pulls you onwards. Really really love this.<br />
Astrophonica welcomes Lewis James to the fold with the Shapeshifter EP. A<br />
professional sound designer and life long musician, London-based Lewis<br />
James first appeared on the label via the Gradients compilation in early 2017.<br />
With this EP he celebrates his love of jungle and drum & bass across four<br />
tracks that combine analogue and digital processes to create what he calls, "a<br />
spaced out identity, somewhere between science fiction and the dancefloor."<br />
